Except when shipped directly by one of our suppliers, items are normally shipped domestically via U.S. Postal Service 2-3 business day Priority or First Class Mail from Alexandria/Mount Vernon, VA. Allow 1-2 weeks for shipment to addresses outside the U.S.  Customer is responsible for any tariff duties assessed by other countries.

Normal delivery times are as quoted by the shipping carrier and are from the date we ship.  We are not responsible for delays beyond delivery times quoted.  Other means may be used at the above rates at our discretion when delivery times are comparable or when items are shipped directly from one of our suppliers.   We make every effort to get in-stock items out by next business day.  Items requiring special order (as indicated in product description) or on backorder at our suppliers may take longer.  Please e-mail us at sales@autostradastores.com to verify expected delivery date, if this is of concern.       

We will ship only to addresses within the United States of America (including APO addresses), Canada, , the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and the European Union and will accept credit card payment only by a credit card with a billing address from one of these countries. Orders from countries other than these are subject to cancellation.  Payment by check or money order in US dollars can be arranged. The credit card will normally be charged at time of shipment, unless a drop shipment from one of our suppliers is required, in which case the credit card may be charged at the time the drop shipment order is placed with our supplier.
