Returns
Returns for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of the ship date via insured U.S. Mail. Exception: items purchased from November 15 - December 24 may be returned by January 31. Items must be returned to the address listed at the top of the invoice/packing slip enclosed with the item and/or on the order confirmation e-mail. Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a quality defect, we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. All returned items must be in like-new condition and in original factory packaging, if originally delivered to you that way. If you return an item for an item for exchange for a reason that is not our fault, you may be charged for shipping on the new item.
